Senses Alive Print Cockatoo Art

Senses Alive Print Cockatoo Art is a painting by Martha Dodd of 4 cockatoos in a frangipani tree. Four, finely feathered Cockatoos are having a discussion amongst themselves, while delicately perched upon the frangipani. These cockatoo art prints are available in a variety of sizes and surfaces.

What are Giclee Fine Art Prints?

Giclee printing is a process that uses a 12 color ink jet printer, acid free papers, and pigment based archival inks. These giclee fine art prints never fade and will increase in value as the demand increases. Giclee’s have become increasingly collectible in recent years.

About the Artist

Martha Dodd lives in Fort Myers, Florida, and works in her home studio there. Originally from Ohio, Martha has made Florida her home for over 30 years. Martha enjoys sailing and traveling with her husband, Marc. On these adventures, Martha often takes the time to photograph reference photos for her artwork, and sometimes brings her painting supplies with her and completes some pieces while on the road.

Martha also has a duo-career in training horses and riders. Her area of specialty is dressage. Martha has earned her USDF Bronze Medal, and is working towards her Silver. (These medals are part of an awards program that has nothing to do with the Olympics:) ). Want to know more? Martha’s dressage page.

Florida artist Martha Dodd displays her work at the Hirdie Girdie Gallery on Sanibel island, Florida.
